1. Who sells
The Main Street Receptionist is sold by Vomini LTDA, a Brazilian company ("Vomini", "we"). The company details are at the bottom of this page.
2. What you buy
A digital, educational product: a video course in 10 chapters (Chapters 1 to 9, almost 3 hours, and Chapter 10, "Your first local deal"), the Setup Checklist and Demo Build Sheet, the Receptionist Prompt Template, the Outreach Script and the Proposal Page Template. If you add them at checkout or after it, you also get the Niche Demo Pack and/or the Delivery Kit.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials to build AI receptionists for yourself and for the businesses you work with. You may not resell, share or republish the videos or the files as they are.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. If you accept the one-click offer after checkout, or later from the link in our email, the card you used at checkout is charged for that offer only after you click to accept it.
4. Results disclaimer
The Main Street Receptionist is an educational product. It teaches you how to build an AI receptionist demo and how to show it to local business owners. We make no promise or guarantee that you will earn any money, land any client or make any sale. We have no data on what buyers earn, so we show no earnings figures. What happens depends on you, the businesses you talk to and your local market. Selling to businesses is sales work: visits, phone calls and emails.
This is not a business opportunity or a franchise. We do not provide leads, customer lists, territories or locations, we do not find clients for you, and we do not buy back anything you build. We do not tell you what to charge.
5. Third-party tools
The course teaches tools made by other companies (such as Retell AI, Cal.com and Make). You open your own accounts with them, accept their terms and pay them directly. Their prices and features can change. Some links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use what you learn and what you build, including:
- making every AI receptionist you build say it is a virtual assistant when asked, and announce recording where the law requires it;
- using only information a business has made public, or has given you, to build a demo;
- contacting business owners lawfully: in the United States, dial calls by hand, send no cold text messages and make no AI or prerecorded sales calls;
- any agreement you make with a business, including your price and what you deliver.
7. Refunds
30-day refund. See the Refund Policy.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with the courts of São Paulo, SP, except where the consumer law of your country gives you the right to another forum or protection that cannot be waived.
