1. Who is responsible
Vomini LTDA. Contact: contact@vomini.com.
2. What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number, and the payment details you type into Stripe's payment form. We never see or store your full card number.
- What you bought, and the answer you give on the access page to "Have you sold anything to local businesses before?"
- Technical data at checkout: IP address, browser (user agent) and the Meta cookie identifiers (_fbp, _fbc), stored with your Stripe order.
3. Why
- To process your payment, give you access and send your receipt, your access link and the course emails (contract).
- To measure our ads: the pages use the Meta Pixel, and we send the purchase to Meta's Conversions API with your email and phone hashed (scrambled with SHA-256), your IP, browser and the cookie identifiers (legitimate interest or consent, as your local law requires).
- To tell you about our white-label install service if you ask about it or book a call.
4. Who receives it
Stripe (payments), Meta (ad measurement), Cloudflare (hosting), our email provider and our customer records system. Some of them process data outside your country.
5. How long
Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing data until you ask us to stop. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If you get a refund, we stop sending you course emails.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to contact@vomini.com. Brazilian residents have the rights of the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018). California residents can ask what we hold about them and ask us to delete it, with the same email.
